Loud fans, heat or shutdowns can have more than one cause. Tell us when the problem happens so we can consider whether cleaning, further diagnosis or a repair is appropriate.

Internal dust cleaning and an airflow check for desktop and gaming PCs. We look for dust buildup and cable obstructions around the cooling path.

Laptop fans & vents

Cleaning options depend on the exact laptop model and access to its cooling system. Send the model number first so we can discuss a suitable assessment.

Thermal paste advice

We can discuss thermal paste where suitable for the device. Cleaning, paste replacement and replacing a faulty fan are different jobs; the recommended scope is discussed with you.

Cleaning is not a guarantee that every heat or performance problem will be resolved. A failing fan, software workload or another hardware fault may need separate investigation.

Do you clean both desktop PCs and laptops?

We offer desktop internal dust cleaning and fan or vent cleaning for serviceable laptops. Access varies by model, so tell us the exact device before you visit.

How much does computer cleaning cost?

Cost depends on the model, access, condition and agreed work. Contact us with the computer details for an assessment. Any recommended parts or additional repair work are discussed separately.

Will cleaning fix overheating or a noisy fan?

Dust can restrict airflow, but it is not the only possible cause. A worn fan or other hardware issue can need computer repair. Describe the symptoms so we can discuss the appropriate next step.

Is thermal paste replacement included automatically?

No. We discuss thermal paste where suitable for the model and condition. Please ask us to confirm the scope and cost before work starts.

Where can I bring my computer?

Visit by appointment at Unit 9, 28 Torrens Road, Burswood, Auckland 2013, New Zealand. We welcome customers from Botany, Howick, Flat Bush and wider East Auckland. Normal appointment hours are 10am–5pm.

What if my computer is slow as well as dusty?

Tell us about both symptoms. Cleaning and performance upgrades solve different problems. We can discuss SSD, memory and compatible PC upgrades where appropriate.
